Content	Nội dung tin nhắn	string	None.
Type	Phân loại thông báo: 0=Cho tất người được chọn, 1=Các thành viên một tổ, 2=các thành viên một hội đồng,3=Cho tất cả mọi người	integer	None.
Note	Ghi chú	string	None.
UserID	ID người dùng hiện tại	integer	None.
ReceiveIDs	Danh sách ID đối tượng nhận, các các con số cách nhau bởi dấu cách Type=0: là danh sách ID của những người nhận Type=1: là ID của một tổ (trường đối tác) Type=2: là ID của một hội đồng Type=3: danh sách này rỗng, không quan tâm vì phạm vi toàn bộ người dùng	string	None.
